Narelle Jakeway, our Otago-based Home Loan Adviser, worked with her Nelson-based clients to facilitate a home loan when they purchased their first home. At the time, they had been to a well-known mortgage adviser as well as their bank (a mainstream bank) and had not been successful in obtaining satisfactory finance to purchase their first home.
